  • All prices are listed in NZD and include GST.

2. Products & Orders

  • Our products are handmade and embroidered with care. Slight variations in design, size, or colour may occur – this is part of their uniqueness.

  • Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary (e.g. due to stock availability or inappropriate customisation requests).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within New Zealand.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Wear&EM is not responsible for courier delays once your order has been dispatched.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is handed over to the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Please refer to our Shop Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • Custom embroidery orders are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, photos, and content on this site belong to Wear&EM Ltd.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • Wear&EM is not liable for:

    • Courier delays or lost packages (though we’ll help follow up where possible).

    • Normal wear and tear of embroidered items.

    • Misuse, improper care, or alterations made after purchase.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.

  • Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
