At Wear&EM, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. Our goal is to bring you high-quality embroidered items that you’ll love to use or gift. Please review our shop policy below before placing an order.
📦 Processing & Production Time
- Ready-Made Items: Ship within 2–3 business days.
- Custom Orders: Depending on design complexity, production may take 1–2 weeks. We’ll confirm the timeframe when you place your order.
🚚 Shipping
- We use NZ Post Tracked Delivery for reliable service.
- Within New Zealand: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products are custom embroidered, returns and exchanges are limited.
- Custom Orders: Cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
🧺 Care Instructions
To keep your embroidery looking its best:
- Cold wash, gentle cycle (or hand wash recommended).
- Wash garments inside out.
- Do not tumble dry — air dry flat.
- Iron inside out on low heat, avoiding direct contact with embroidery.
🤝 Custom Orders & Designs
We welcome custom embroidery orders!
- Send us your logo, text, or design idea via our Custom orders .
- We’ll provide a quote and timeframe before starting.
- Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
